KIDS CARE
Kids Care is an ongoing initiative to provide humane education programs to children and adults in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.
For groups of children , CFL will send trained humane educators to conduct fun, interactive on-site lessons using professionally-developed humane education workbooks and materials. These programs can be custom tailored for youth groups, day care centers, summer camps, special events, and private schools and designed for kids of all ages.
CFL will also send trained humane educators to businesses, homeowner's associations, and service organizations to help educate adults in our area on a variety of animal care and welfare issues. Hot topics this year include lost pet recovery techniques, feral cat control, wildlife rescue and management, dog flu, bird flu, and rabies. Our most recent presentation was designed specifically for Babies R Us to help teach their customers how to prepare their pets for the arrival of a new baby.
